The College has a number of committees whose areas of work span across both the Faculty of Clinical Radiology and Faculty of Radiation Oncology. On this page you will find details of these committees.

ASM Management Committee

This committee is responsible for overseeing the management of the College’s Annual Scientific Meeting from year to year. View terms of reference

Awards Committee

The Awards Committee reviews and considers the College’s Award and Honour nominations and makes recommendations to the Board.

Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC)

The Finance, Risk and Audit Committee assist the Board in matters relating to finance and audit. View terms of reference

Governance Committee (GC)

This committee assists the Board in its corporate governance duties in relation to nominations and appointments. View terms of reference

Māori, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Executive Committee (MATEC)

RANZCR's Māori, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Executive Committee is a high-level bi-national committee reporting to the RANZCR Board of Directors with the goal of supporting the professions of clinical radiology and radiation oncology to deliver more equitable health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Māori people. International Medical Graduate (IMG) Committee

The IMG Committee ensures that international medical graduate processes are consistent and robust for clinical radiology and radiation oncology across Australia and New Zealand. View terms of reference

Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology Editorial Board

This group oversees the management and publication of the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology (JMIRO). View terms of reference

Theranostics Working Group (TWG)

The TWG is to provide advice to the Faculties of Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology Councils on professional standards, practice standards and patient access to theranostics. View terms of reference

Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee (AIC)

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Advisory Committee is to consider the implications of artificial intelligence and machine learning on the disciplines of clinical radiology and radiation oncology. View Terms of Reference

Artificial Intelligence Reference Group (AIRG)
